Terms & Conditions

By signing up to book an educator through Stylebook Education, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Payments

1.1. Full payment must be made no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled event.

1.2. Failure to make full payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking without notice.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

2.1. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and the full amount remains payable if a reschedule is not possible.

2.2. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Approval for rescheduling is subject to the availability of the educator and mutual agreement between all parties.

3. Role of Stylebook Education

3.1. Stylebook Education acts solely as a third-party intermediary between the education establishment and the educator.

3.2. Stylebook Education is not responsible for the conduct, quality, or outcomes of the lessons delivered by the educator.

3.3. We strive to work with the highest-quality educators. Your feedback on events is welcomed to help us maintain and improve our standards.

4. Liability

4.1. Stylebook Education is not liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions arising from the event, including but not limited to issues related to the educator’s delivery, lesson content, or the educational establishment’s facilities.

4.2. It is the responsibility of both the education establishment and the educator to ensure proper preparation and compliance with all legal and professional standards.

5. Booking Requirements

5.1. All bookings must include accurate details of the event, including date, time, location, and specific requirements for the educator.

5.2. Any changes to the event details must be communicated in writing and confirmed by all parties.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. All personal and business information shared during the booking process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties outside of the booking process.

7. Indemnity

7.1. By booking through Stylebook Education, the education establishment agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stylebook Education against any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the event.

8. Feedback and Dispute Resolution

8.1. Feedback on the educators and events is encouraged and may be submitted via the Stylebook Education platform.

8.2. Any disputes or complaints must be raised in writing within 7 days of the event for proper review.

9. Agreement

By submitting this form and proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
